Mihaela is pregnant with their third child now, and they are in need of your prayers for their unborn baby girl, Abigail.

Abigail is diagnosed with “Tetralogy of Fallot”. There are four heart malformations that are present together…

1 - (VSD – Ventricular Septal Defect) – a big hole in the heart between the bottom two chambers (not good)
2 – (Pulmonary Stenosis) – because of the lack of blood flow through the right ventricular outflow track, it is narrower then it should be (not good)
3 – (Overriding Aorta) – the aortic valve is connected to both the right and left ventricle (not good)
4 – (Right Ventricular Hypertrophy) – because of the whole in the heart, the right ventricle is pumping more, so it has grown bigger then it should be (not good)

The good news is that this was caught before Abigail was born and that is not usually the case. Mihaela will be scheduled for a C-section and Abigail will immediately be transferred to Children's Hospital in San Diego were they will do surgery and any necessary "work" on her.
