Lake Tahoe

We had a great week in Tahoe staying with Danny and Tonita at their family's lakefront cabin. The weather was amazing and we all had a relaxing and adventuresome time. Although, one particular hike led us to see more than we wanted. We started the morning hiking up to some little "pools". We were all feeling pretty good, so we decided to continue our hike and go all the way up to Eagle Lake. The lake was beautiful and peaceful and we were the only ones there. Just as we sat down to have lunch, the crowds rolled in, including this little girl (maybe 8 years old) who takes her pants and undies completely off, steps in to the lake, spreads her legs and starts to pee. Seriously!!! Where is this girls parent? Oh, wait,there's her father.He is, stripping...COMPLETELY stripping! Yes, in front of dozens of children. Then, he proceeded to squat in the water (doing I don't want to know what) Needless to say, we lost our appetites and decided to hike back out! But beside that incident, the week was awesome :)
